Perched at the peak of Dona Teresa Drive with 180-degree views across Los Angeles, this modern remodel is one of the most architecturally confident homes in the iPhotographyHomes portfolio. A cantilevered flat roof floats over walls of glass, a hilltop pool and spa sit at the edge of the view, and folded ceilings shape the light inside. White-oak cabinetry and a ribbon-window kitchen open to the landscape, while the great room frames the mountains through a single wall of glass. Coverage spanned daylight and twilight — the glowing front elevation and the pool courtyard at dusk are the frames that define the set. Designed by Griffin Enright Architects and built by Lightning Construction, the deliverable was a complete portfolio set for the builder.
