New modern farmhouse — Hermosa Beach
A ground-up modern farmhouse on Marlita Place in Hermosa Beach, built new with the Pacific as its backdrop. A limestone-and-white facade, standing-seam metal roof, and glass garage doors set the tone at the curb, while inside a white-oak kitchen with a waterfall island glow at golden hour beneath walls of black-steel glass. The great room opens to a panoramic ocean-and-city view, and the amenities run deep: a home gym, a glass wine wall, a wellness bath with a carved stone tub, and a floating white-oak staircase overboard formed concrete.
